Our process sets you up for success
Our Process:
Phase 1: Pre-Construction Phase
Over-the-phone-Consultation
Here is where you share your vision with us. This is when we learn about you, your home, and your vision. This is the first of several conversations that will serve towards getting our team into your mindset regarding the project.
Budget Bracketing
Based on your vision and goals, we will provide several tiers of pricing to find a scope and budget that personally caters to your needs.
Thorough Planning
Now is when we put our pens to paper to lay out specific scopes of work, sort through material selections, and communicate expectations for your specific project. These steps will allow us to dial in on an accurate budget and will aim to minimize the unexpected before physically starting your project.
Scheduling
Homes, additions, and renovations require diligent planning and coordination. Before the physical work begins, it is imperative for us to map out a practical, efficient, and cohesive timeline before boots hit the ground.
Phase 2: Construction Phase
Throughout Phase Two, we keep full transparency readily available using state-of-the-art project management software that allows us to invite our clients to see past, current, and projected progress of their home renovation or build. This will be your first glimpse into our company portal where you will be directly engaged in the planning of material and budgeting selections.
Within the portal, you will see daily updates and pictures posted to your project's portfolio. You will have visualized charts and graphs that show projected timelines. Material selections can be made using our provided catalogs, and change orders can be made at the click of a a button with budget changes presented clearly and transparently. This is an engaging way for customers to regularly stay in tune with their projects without feeling the need to be on site.
Phase 3: Project Completion
The third phase welcomes the end of the journey for your newest home improvement. Once all scopes of work are completed, we conduct a final walk-through to ensure no rock is left unturned. From there, we leave the rest up to you as you enjoy a home that suits you and your family's needs.
